Make A Pasta Dinner Plus Tiramisu in Saugus

Learn to cook a delicious Italian dinner from scratch at this fun class led by an experienced chef. Attendees will learn to make a traditional Italian salad served up in a Parmesan cheese basket. Participants learn to stretch mozzarella cheese. They will also create several different pasta varieties, such as ravioli, tortellini, and fettuccine. Several different fillings and sauces are taught, including the base for many sauces: the ragout, ensuring the pasta always has something yummy served along with it. Another Italian staple comfort food, gnocchi, gets covered, and students learn to make the perfect little bite. Finally, cooks will create a delicious tiramisu to cap off the meal.
